Breakfast, 8am–12pm

The Cowboy Plate — two eggs, two bacon, two sausage and two pancakes — and our Country Fried Steak & Eggs are the two plates that go out fastest. Skillets, four-egg omelets, biscuits & gravy and a breakfast burger round it out. Served every day we're open.

Made from scratch

Big portions. Fair prices. Real food.

Our pasta, soups, dressings, pizza dough, chicken-fried steak and every dessert are made in-house — including our secret-recipe Castle Rock ranch, mixed fresh every week. Steaks are hand-cut on premises and basted in garlic herb butter.

Garbage in, garbage out — so we spend more on the ingredients and pass along the plate you actually want. Guests leave full, usually with a doggy bag.
